Your hand-drawn, personalized artwork includes the following:

• 1 Subject Lil Gigils Inspired character design with simple background color.
• However will NOT contain exact copies of intellectual property costume, background nor characters designs.
• 8"x10" Art Print on Matte paper. (Any other sizes are additional and will be available upon request using a separate order link).
• High resolution Digital File (16"x20" at 300 dpi PNG file will be emailed) with all rights for personal use only.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Artist reserves the right to refuse a client if the theme requested is offensive or for ANY other reason (subject to artist discretion). The purchaser will receive a full refund of deposit if artist choses not to work on subject matter and work has not started. NO NSFW request, please.
• Background color may be requested but is at the Artist’s discretion.
• The final design must adhere to the Lil Gigils style of Chibi, Simple flat color with slight shading and few lines. Simple flat background.
• Proportions of character design may vary from the Lil Gigils art Style per artist discretion.
• Costume and Accessories may be requested but are at the Artist’s discretion.
• By purchasing, you are acknowledging complete understanding of the process and agreeing with the terms and conditions.

PROCESS:

• A subject can be yourself, a friend or family, or pet. Choose ONE of these. Purchaser must provide picture references of subject and inspiration costume.
• Artist may ask for additional picture reference.
• Once Deposit is purchased you will be contacted a given a schedule of work time frame and final delivery time frame. 
• Since this is a first come first serve service, work on your art piece will depend on how many other commission clients are on queue. 
• After purchase of deposit concept is discussed, work starts.
• You will have one chance to review the work for any minor changes. One revision only (if any). Additional revisions is $30/hour of revision work.
• Once art is completed client will be sent a special link to pay the rest of the balance which will queue the process of creating the 8"x10" print. This is a private link for the client's view which will show the final art.

Please allow 7 business days for full completion of the commission. Delivery time for physical print is around 10 - 20 business days depending on distance from artist's location.
